As part of my GHS web explorations this afternoon, I found several such 
posters on chemical supplier's sites, including Sigma-Aldrich. They vary 
some in terms of levels of detail and layout and are a little cryptic 
without some serious study, but they're free to download. 

Google "globally harmonized systems posters" to avoid a lot of promo 
posters for ghs guitar strings...
