I'm an OSHA Outreach Trainer and this is the only "official" OSHA presentation that I'm aware of for asbestos.
 
Go to the link below on the OSHA website and you'll get an 80 slide presentation under the Construction Standards. Of those 80, you should be able to pull enough out of there to put together a pretty good General Industry class that meets OSHA's requirements.
