The ACS Division of Chemical Health and Safety is partnering with the Division of Chemical Information and ACS Safety Advisory Panel to develop teaching resources to help students in undergraduate organic teaching labs develop hazard identification and risk assessment skillsappropriate to their work in the lab. To help us with this work, we would appreciate it if you could answer the questions below relative to organic chemistry laboratory courses you have taught or taken at the undergraduate level.

Please visit the survey link at
https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/org_lab_safety
and answer the 7 questions there.

Thanks for your help with this.
