It's always good to remind ourselves about these issues.  I was deposed a couple of years ago in one of my cases and the first thing the opposing attorney put in front of me to defend was an 11 year old e-mail from me to someone on a forum much like this one.  I was proud to say, my opinion had not changed.  But in the back of my mind I consider if I would be able to defend what I've said in court each time before I hit "send."   Monona
