Elsevier has launched its HazMat Navigator, an online database which integrates Bretherick’s Handbook of Reactive Chemical Hazards with three toxicology resources and the NFPA Hazardous Materials Guidebook.

You can play with the database as a visitor at www.hazmatnavigator.com< /o:p>

Bob Alaimo, editor of the Handbook of Laboratory Safety and Fred Fung, MD are other editors.  As this project evolves, users will be able to submit unlisted chemicals for study and ultimate listing.
