Single copies of "Safety in the Academic Chemical Laboratory", Volumes 1 and 2 are available, free from the ACS Safety Office.  Call them by phone, not the internet--
202-872-4600 and ask for the staff safety person.

Hello,

Does anyone know whether the ACS still sells copies of the Lab Safety series? I have just gone through interlibrary loan to borrow the extremely helpful "Compressed Gases:Safe Handling Procedures" booklet and would love to own the entire series. A visit to the ACS website was not helpful...These were issued about 15 years ago (time flies...)
