Joe,

We just got finished designing a lab specifically for HF use, we went  
with the AirMax Polypropylene Fume Hood with Mistline Fume Scrubber.  
All ductwork downstream of the HF hood is fluoropolymer coated  
stainless steel, which is sufficient for a wet or dry HF exhaust stream.

The hood is due to be installed in mid December so I can't comment on  
it's actual performance yet. Price installed with a 25 foot duct run  
to/through the roof is about $45 K.
