One word of caution from my experience with the 2001 Nisqually earthquake: be sure you can access your electronic copies of chemical inventory and MSDS in case of a disaster. Our power went out and we could get nothing for several days. It should be better in these days of laptops and WiFi, but I still keep hard copies, and update regularly.
