All,

Our Penn State EHS office has recently created a new EHS Research Safety Manager to join our leadership team.  This position is part of our on-going organizational growth and restructuring to align our laboratory and research safety functions within EHS.  With the support of the Office of the Senior VP for Research we have created this position to provide strategic leadership and operational focus in the areas of laboratory and research safety to support our ~$1B research enterprise.  The position will oversee our biological, chemical and laboratory safety programs; supervisor staff in these areas and coordinate with our other EHS teams and the Office of Research Protection to help align our programs and service to support our research community.
