The school board of the district my sons attended has decided to raze the entire high school building they attended because their environmental consultants couldn‰??t guarantee that any remediation methods could meet EPA‰??s standards for PCBs which had migrated from the window caulking into the brickwork. No demonstrated exposure the PCBs was necessary...
