Re: Opportunity to Contribute to the Chemical Safety Library

The Pistoia Alliance is collecting community-contributed insights regarding reactions that have gone awry in the lab, with the aim of making this information freely and widely available to improve safety for all.

To encourage broad participation in this important effort, they are holding a #CSLDatathon from October 17-31. During this period we will be tabulating all the reactions entered and approved by our curation team, and top contributors will receive a gift card and acknowledgement in our blog.

We encourage readers of this listserv to scour the literature to find and input reaction safety information into the CSL alert your students/faculty/clients to this effort
Pass this along to your EH&S counterparts

We will be holding an introductory #CSLDatathon webinar on October 18th (it will be recorded if you miss it) if you want more info.

You can download a handy flier with all the details. Post it, forward it, follow-up!
