Not specifically for new hires, but I might be able to dig up a programming checklist we have used for building new buildings.

Hi All:

Does anyone have a questionnaire or survey instrument they use with new research hires to make sure their space has enough power, fume hoods, storage space, etc.?  Do you survey for potential chemical use to be sure their proposed space can accommodate the inventory from a Fire Code standpoint?

Thanks,
