I apologize for this on two levels, in advance – my memory is at a point where I cannot remember names and second, I forgot the name of a CHAS member with whom I have had some long discussions about how to address real safety problems in an academic workplace when the administration turns a deaf ear to all attempts at improvement.

Second, I need a list of the phone numbers in NY State to call to try to get agency help in resolving an alleged serious non-compliance issue.

Third, suggestions for a labor attorney in NY State who can help – not pro bono – with a workplace safety issue.
