I wonder if anyone has a favorite web site that outlines best practices in planning for laboratory emergencies? I see a fair number of institution-specific response guides on the web, but am interested in references that are:
1. laboratory-specific; and
2. not institution-specific
but can provide guidance for reviewing one's emergency plans for being up to date and complete.

Thanks for any suggestions on this.
