Et al,

 

There should be no "bad" on this listserve about discussing policies that potentially effect all of the members and those they serve.  Certainly, discussing the science and technology of various issues is important, but if we are to be somehow a "collective force for good" in safety and health, then all discussions should be welcome, all ideas explored, and sound measures that might be taken within our capabilites discussed.
