I agree that this is a pressing need. In the mean time, one resource that researchers might find helpful is the Dept of Energy's Hydrogen Tools web site at
http://h2tools.org

This has replaced their mobile app, which I found significantly easier to use. There's a lot of promotional information about hydrogen technologies associated with the new site...

is the page within that site that appears to have much of the older information.
