Good morning!

I've been asked to collect information on how many institutions have a policy or guideline in place requiring any or all of the compressed cylinders with NFPA health and/or flammability rating 3 or 4 to be changed at a certain time of the day and do you require/recommend 2 or 3 for conducting the process?
-    For example, do you require H2, methane, propane or CO cylinders to be changed before 7:30am?  How about for other chemicals like ammonia? Or silane, ...?

Thank you in advance for your response,

Yamy
