We believe that the use of waivers is a bad idea.

A good idea would be for the institution to be responsible for providing a working and learning environment which adequately protects the employees, the students, their reproductive organs, and their unborn children.

If the institution cannot reasonably ensure that they will be protected, it should do a different experiment.
