I have a pair if Ecco shoes, that while pricey, are the most comfy shoes I've found. They are similar to the ones in the link below but all leather in the outside.

Merrell makes some very nice shoes that might work for you.  I have a pair that work great in the lab, look very nice, and are extremely comfortable.

A query from chemistry reddit:

Good lab shoes?
I'm about to enter the corporate world but was having trouble finding women's shoes both safe and professional. Do you know of any good brands or styles? I'd prefer low or no heel.

Sanita or Dansko (closed-back) clogs are the main suggestions given. Anyone have other suggestions?
