We use iFormBiorisk/iFormBuilder at Emory.  I've also used it doing international reviews in low resource countries on projects for the Elizabeth R. Griffin Research Foundation.

I has been a great platform.  Has pre-made templates, especially for lab safety and biosafety.  In addition, 100% customizable and integrates into many databases.

Also the iFormBuilder staff an awesome to work with.

We are using BioRaft at Penn.  We are very pleased with the web based interface for both the auditors who generate and the faculty who respond to audits.

We are looking at beginning some internal audits on our campus.  Is anyone using a software program they could recommend?

Thanks in advance for you collective wisdom,
