The Journal of Chemical Health and Safety is devoting a special issue to the “Lessons Learned from Accidents and Incidents”.  We invite you to submit a case report (about 2000 – 2500 words) or a full manuscript (greater than 2500 words) to the journal via the Elsevier Electronic Submission system (http://ees.elsevier.com/jchas/ ).

We hope to have your submission by middle August, 2014, but we are flexible.  Feel free to contact either of us if you need more time or have questions
