DCHAS members may be interested in a report from the National Academies Press on Undergraduate Chemistry Education from 2013 workshop. It's available for free download at
http://www.nap.edu/catalog.php?record_id=18555
and includes comments from industry about the need for undergraduate education in laboratory safety and laboratory sustainability as well.
