Upon re-reading the application requirements to sit for the CHO exam, I saw I had overlooked a word, which answered my question.  It’s the experience requirements that must be completed within 6 years of application, not the educational requirements.

 

Kindly disregard my previous email.  I answered my own question by reading it again.
