I received the following anonymous comment on the ballot process

Notification for upcoming balloting came to work email, actual ballot came to home email. very confusing

Since it is anonymous, and since the writer voiced confusion, I am replying to everyone

How you get emails and your official ballot depends on how YOU set up your ACS membership account.  You can modify the set-up by going to your account on the ACS membership page or calling membership for assistance –

I have absolutely no control over your set-up and I am trying to make the balloting as seamless as possible.

Thank you for your cooperation and thank you for voting

Neal
