The CHAS technical program for the Indianapolis ACS National Meeting (September 8-12, 2013) is now open for submissions. Six symposia are currently being planned and five are looking for speakers:

CHAS001 Managing Reactive Chemistry

CHAS002 New Horizons in Chemical Health and Safety
Organized by Ralph Stuart

CHAS003 Chemical Health and Safety Poster Session
Organized by Debbie Decker

CHAS004 Chemical Health and Safety Awards (invited papers only)
Organized by Doug Walters

CHAS005 Identifying and Evaluating Hazards in Research Laboratories
Organized by Kimberly Jeskie and
Bob Hill
(This may become a Presidential Symposium)

CHAS006 OSHA's New Recommendations for Chemical Hygiene Plans
Organized by Russ Phifer

The open papers close to authors on March 18, 2013. Contact the symposia organizer if you have any questions or need more time to develop an abstract.
