An administrator on campus asks this question:
We have students who work in private, off-campus labs sometimes, as part of their course work. I am trying to find
standards or templates to use to create a "memo of understanding" with these labs, specifically about safety and
liability.

I wonder if anyone on DCHAS-L has examples that might apply to this request?

Thanks for any help with this.
