Do you have a hood in the room already?

We are in the planning stages for a remodel of an existing engineering lab into a chemistry undergraduate research laboratory. How should the room be outfitted in terms of chemical safety considerations?

We are thinking
=0A- ABC Fire extinguisher (do we need a D?)
=0A- Eyewash stations at each sink
=0A- Shower just outside the door (already in place)
=0A- First aid box on wall
=0A- Fire blanket

What are we missing?
