Afternoon all – I am just double checking=0Ato make sure I am not missing some obscure regulation out there=2E =0AI am working on a chemical inventory project and we are trying to build=0Aa comprehensive screening list to make sure that all of the appropriate=0Aregulations are checked off when a new chemical may be presented=2E =0AI have gotten the List of Lists (which convers EPCRA, SARA, RCRA, Clean=0AAir Act) and the CFATS (Anti-Terrorism List) – there used to be an ATF=0A(alcohol, tobacco and firearms) list, but I think it has been rolled into=0Athe CFATS list=2E  I know there are exemptions and potential other requirements=0A– if it is a drug precursor (DEA), a bioagent, covered under FIFRA (insecticide,=0Abiocide, and/or rodenticide), or a material covered under the NRC=2E =0A=0A
 =0A
TSCA is also out there as well and that=0Awill relate to use=2E  =0A
 =0A
Is there anything that I am missing????=0A
