I have a CalOSHA question that I would appreciate any input on.

Our small community college chemistry and biology departments had a surprise inspection by CalOSHA several months ago, and our departments have yet to hear any results of this inspection. Our college administration has been circumspect to say the least about the visit and any resulting report, so we (faculty and lab techs) are curious and a little concerned about the results. Does anyone know if faculty and lab techs have a right to see a CalOSHA report concerning their work area? Also, do you know how long it generally takes for a CalOSHA report to be generated (Sacramento area) as I guess it is possible that the report has not yet been generated?

Sincerely,

Marjorie Samples
