Bulwark FR Fabrics commissioned an art piece to send a message to their
employees, and then produced a documentary to describe it. This is
that documentary.

I found it to be a compelling allegory to everything we do in the safety
business. In post-viewing conversation, my fire prevention team
unpacked a lot of meaning from it, including the inherent value of
people, and the difference between work as something to do between
breakfast and dinner and work as a calling.

Highly recommended. We may put it into our training.
