We utilize a lab and facility audit software from a company called EffectiV Internet Solutions. The software can be customized to your needs. You can add checklist, comments, corrective actions, priorities, followup notifications, compliance status reports, and corrective action documentation. The systems sends the audit to the responsible party within minutes of completion of the audit.

We use the system on a daily basis to audit labs, work sites, and facilities operations. The auditor utilizes a smart phone or pad to conduct the audit.

Debbie,

Would you mind sharing your survey results and adding if it includes or has the ability to include state specific information?

Thank you,

BruceV

Good morning:

Thanks, everyone, for your input on my prescription splash goggle question.

I'm collecting information about laboratory auditing software.  We've looked at Q5, AuditPro and On Site.  Are there others out there that ya'll find useful?

Thanks for the input,

Debbie
