Yes, we are implementing MSDSOnline and so far are very happy with it.
It is a major undertaking to get in that first "slug" of MSDS's so be
prepared for many manhours to do this.  Once done, however, it promises
to be very easy to keep up. 

I'd be interested to hear from other MSDSOnline users, too.
