In a word, no. Most stud ents do not fall under OSHA's jurisdiction, and there is no particular rule requiri ng that chemical storage be locked, anyway. That doesn't mean there aren't man y reasons for locking storage areas (such as liability); OSHA just isn't one of them.

Is there a specific OSHA regulation that says that che mical storage (stock) rooms must remain locked (inaccessible to students)?
