I know no details, but heard Cathy Zoi, Assistant Secretary for 
Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy, Dept. of Energy, say they 
were hiring.  They need people to vet applications to spend all the 
energy money Obama/Congress is giving away.  Check DOE's site.
