How do you plan to get it to the waste facility if you don'tknow what
it is? If it is hazardous, it cannot be shipped without a proper
shipping name. (A new proper shipping name -- "unknown possibly toxic
caustic liquid n.o.s."?) The TSD facility may not be willing to take
it until they have SOME idea what it is.

A small SAMPLE could be sent to the TSD facility for testing. Theere
is a UN number for analytical samples.

Andrew,

You might just store some samples (with appropriate consideration of
chain-of-custody issues if such are at issue). But at least please
consider making proper arrangements to get rid of the rest of it in
accordance with all local, state, and federal regulations. That way it
can't effect anyone else. My salary has too many zeros on the wrong
side, too.
