Subject: Last Reminder: DCHAS survey with prizes to be won

Thanks to the 145 DivCHAS members who have already completed the on  
line membership survey at
http://tinyurl.com/chassurvey
We'd like to get at least 175 responses, which would represent about  
12% of the membership. So if you haven't taken care of this  
opportunity yet, please do it soon.

As an incentive, remember that  4 randomly selected people who  
complete the survey by Monday will receive one of 4 prizes: either
- one copy of Bretherick's Handbook of Reactive Chemical Hazards,  
contributed by Elsevier. or
- one of three 1-gigabyte iPod shuffles contributed by
Midwest Chemical Safety http://www.midwestchemsafety.com/ and
WC Environmental http://www.wcenvironmental.com/
