Subject: Last week for CHAS membership survey

This is a quick reminder that the closing date for CHAS membership  
survey currently underway is December 15 - next Monday. You can  
provide input into the Division's outreach priorities and methods by  
going to
http://tinyurl.com/chassurvey
and completing the survey. As a reminder, 4 randomly selected people  
who complete the survey will receive one of 4 prizes:
either
- one copy of Bretherick's Handbook of Reactive Chemical Hazards,  
contributed by Elsevier.
or
- one of three 1-gigabyte iPod shuffles contributed by
Midwest Chemical Safety http://www.midwestchemsafety.com/ and
WC Environmental http://www.wcenvironmental.com/
