Subject: Division Logo Survey
Dear CHAS Members:

The Division of Chemical Health and Safety Executive Committee continues to
develop and implement its Strategic Planning Project. For many years members
of the Executive Committee have discussed creating a new division logo. As a
result of the Strategic Planning Project, some members desire for a new
logo, the thought of branding and the fact the in 2008 the Division of
Chemical Health and Safety will reach its 30-year milestone, the timing
seems right to celebrate these past thirty years with a new logo and
seminars that reflect the mission and vision of the division.

Members of the Strategic Planning Project have created several logos and tag
lines for the division membership to review and vote on. Also you are
invited to submit logos and tag lines for consideration. As a rule of thumb
try to keep tags to three words.

Please connect to the survey using this URL Link:

The five question survey will only take a few minutes to complete. No
personal information will be collected.

In the survey, you will see some proposed logos with a simple tag line,
which is being used as a place holder. You will have the opportunity to
select your favorite logo and you top three tag lines.

OR . you can create a logo and send it to us as a candidate for
consideration.

Thanks ..

Larry Doemeny and Neal Langerman for the CHAS Executive Committee
