Subject: Clean Rooms
Anyone with experience in "clean rooms" that can help me with more
information on connecting and using Silane gas in the clean rooms (they are
also called white rooms or semiconductor room or lab). We just built three
clean rooms in our new Engineering building and no one knows how to use them
or how to install the dangerous gases. I have the NFPA 318 which helps but I
need more information on what NOT to do. I appreciate any help.
