Subject: On-Line CHAS Programming Survey
Comments: cc: CHAS Executive Committee
CHAS Members,

The CHAS Executive Committee is gathering information in preparation for a
Strategic Planning session to be held in conjunction with the upcoming
Chicago National Meeting. With this in mind, I would like to ask all CHAS
members to take a few minutes and complete the on-line survey located at
http://www.surveymonkey.com/s.asp?u=378683092504 .

Some of you may have participated in a similar, email-based survey I
conducted a couple of years ago. The questions relate to CHAS programming
at National and Regional meetings as well as some other CHAS activities.
Understand that this is not a formality or a meaningless exercise; your
responses are very important to us as we make plans for the coming years and
I can promise you that your ideas and input will be acted on and
incorporated wherever possible.

This survey will remain open until January 22, 2007, but I hope you will
take the time today to provide us with this important information. Thank
you for your help and please contact me directly if you have any questions,
comments, etc. - Jim
