Subject: EC: CHAS Executive Committee Mailings

To all Executive Committee members,

In New Orleans, the EC decided that we would discontinue breakfast at CHAS
EC meetings.

I planned to order coffee, juice and water, etc for the EC meeting in NY.
Unfortunately, it will cost upwards of $10.00 per person to have coffee or
soft drinks/water at our meeting! ($50.00 a gallon, plus 26% tax, etc.)

How do you committee members feel about spending >$250.00 for beverages for
our meeting? Would you prefer to bring your own bagel and coffee to paying
that much?

I will let you know what the consensus on this is.

Thanks, Kathy
